Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a transparent and fair refund policy while respecting the time, expertise, and resources committed to each client.

2. Refund Policy

a) Psychometric Assessments

Once the test link or assessment access is shared, no refund will be issued

b) Counselling Sessions

Once a session has been conducted, it is non-refundable

c) Package Services

Packages involve advance planning, analysis, and resource allocation
No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced, partially or fully

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
One reschedule may be permitted subject to availability
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered a completed session
Repeated rescheduling may incur additional charges

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine cases such as medical emergencies:

Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion
Refunds remain non-guaranteed

5. Non-Transferability

Services are strictly non-transferable
Packages are valid only for the registered student

6. Discretionary Rights
